Ducie Street Warehouse is a grade 2 listed building and only one of two railway storage warehouses remaining in Manchester.

Conversion to 108 large quality apartments for rent with a leisure club, retail and bar use to the ground floor.

Works to this project included : -

Abrasive cleaning (internal) to walls and steel, columns and beams etc.

Brick replacement, repointing, repairs to cornice, stone fixing, restoration/replacement of cills, take down and rebuild various brickwork details, sympathetically cleaned in conjunction with Manchester conservation office all external elevations
