BUILDING CLEANING

One of the main reasons for cleaning buildings is for aesthetics, but it is in fact the first step towards preservation of the building fabric.

Building cleaning is a specialist task and irreversible damage can, and has been, caused by inappropriate use of the various systems now available.  Rushview pride themselves on their cleaning systems and can assure total satisfaction, without damage. This is achieved by removing atmospheric pollutants from the fabrics.

There are various types of building fabrics. Softer limestone may be cleaned using a fine mist nebulous spray system. Brickwork, terracotta, faience and some stonework can be cleaned using chemical cleaning agents. All the above fabrics can be cleaned with the wet abrasive system, utilizing a calcium carbonate media at low pressure.

A clean building not only looks impressive, but stands out against its dirtier neighbours.
It is a common belief that the external appearance reflects the attitudes of the company within.

Before any cleaning is undertaken, it is Rushviews policy to test sample areas, in order to establish the correct application for that building.
